There are a couple of reasons entries may not be imported into Day One 2.0:

  • Entry files were corrupt. These files were not in the correct format and would not have appeared in Day One Classic.
  • Duplicate entries were detected. In Day One Classic, Dropbox may have caused duplicate entries for some users. These duplicate entries may or may not have been shown in Day One Classic. Day One 2.0 checks importing files and does import them as long as these entries were not synced to Day One Sync in Day One Classic. If you have duplicate entries in Day One 2.0, please contact our support team for assistance.
