Locating the Entry ID can be helpful for troubleshooting issues with our Support Team. Here is how to find it.
Open Day One. Tap the date at the top or the map at the bottom to view the Metadata.
Tap Entry ID. Choose to copy the entry ID and return that to the support team.
Open Day One. Tap the entry, tap the More icon at the top right, tap Metadata, and find Entry ID. Tap on the entry ID and choose Copy Entry ID.
Right-click on an entry in the Timeline and choose Share > Copy Entry URL. Or click the More icon (•••) at the top right of an entry and choose Share > Copy Entry URL.
